How do I order?

Easy peasy! Just choose your package, add-on any items, toss it in your cart, and wait for delivery day! We’ll send you a text 48 hours prior to arrival to give you a heads-up!

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the Treasure Valley including: Boise, Meridian, Garden City, Eagle, Star, Middleton, Nampa, Caldwell, and Kuna

Do I have to be home?

Nope-a-rooni! We’re all about porch magic, so you don’t need to be home. 

What if I want to customize my package?

If our packages don't suit your style, drop us a line at info@porchme.com. We’d love to design a custom package just for you!

Do you deliver to wedding venues?

Absolutely! We’d be tickled to be part of your big day. Extra delivery fees will apply depending on your location.

Can I cancel my order?

Winter

How long with my trees last?

Our fresh arborvitae trees, wreaths, and garlands bring that crisp, natural beauty to your porch! Grown to perfection, these beauties will stay lush and lovely for up to 6-8 weeks with a little TLC. Just give them a spritz of water now and then, and they’ll stay fresh throughout the holiday season, keeping your space looking and smelling like a winter wonderland!

What if I don't have a covered porch?

To keep your fresh decor looking fabulous all season long, we recommend a cozy, covered porch! This extra bit of shelter helps protect our beautiful arborvitae, wreaths, and garlands from harsh freezing temperatures, so they stay lush and lively. Think of it as their winter coat—keeping them fresh, green, and gorgeous for weeks!

What if my pumpkins rot?

Pumpkins are kinda like snowflakes—each one’s unique. Some may break down sooner than others, but we give each one a thorough check before delivery to ensure you’re getting the best of the patch!
